Mild Exhaustive Dyes

There are two reactive groups in Bi functional Dyes. These two reactive groups are well known for their excellent dyeing activity. But bifunctional Dyes with excellent dyeing capacity can be only created through correct selection process of appropriate reactive groups and appropriate chromophores. A few bifunctional reactive dyes had been developed which carried mono-chlorotriazine and sulphato ethyl sulphone reactive.

As Bi functional Dyes contain two reactive groups either identical in nature or not so these dyes have higher degree of fixation over all other kinds of dyes.

The stability that is exist in the dye-fiber bond between the Vinyl sulphone group and cellulose against acid hydrolysis gives extra stability to these dyes in the acidic environment of the industry and makes the dyeing effect more lasting.

The portion of bi functional dyes that doesn't fix during the dyeing process can be removed easily. This is because of the low substantivity of the hydrolysis dye. This reduces the risk of staining of the adjacent whites.

The leveling properties are also excellent. The reproductivity of dyeing is also good.

The fastness quality is also get improved.

ABHICOFIX 'HE' Dyes

    ABHIZOLE Vinyl Sulphone Dyes

    ABHIZOLE VS Dyes containing vinyl sulphonate group as a reactive radical. These dyes are bifunctional reactive dyes which are featuring more than two different reactive groups within one molecule.

    The main characteristics of these dyes are:-
  • They are completely dischargeable.
  • Most suitable for white & colour resist.
  • The unfixed hydrolysed dye has no affinity for cellulose hence no tinting of white ground printing.
  • High fixability since more than two radicals are bonded covalently resulting in an increasing dyeing yield.

    ABHICOFIX RR Dyes

    ABHICOFIX RR Dyes is a new range of three colour combination for the exhaust dyeing process. These 3 new dyes show a uniform dyeing performance. These dyes are mainly used in the exhaust dyeing process at 60°c for medium and deep shades.

    ABHICOFIX RR Dyes new series consist of :
    • 1 . ABHICOFIX Yellow RR
    • 2 . ABHICOFIX Red RR
    • 3 . ABHICOFIX Blue RR

    Medium to deep shades can be dyed cost effectively, as they imparts very good build up, high process reliability, and uniform fixation ensuring very good level dyeing. In pale shades ABHICOFIX royal blue bb can be used instead of ABHICOFIX blue RR because of higher light fastness. The dyeing results of ABHICOFIX Yellow RR, ABHICOFIX Red RR and ABHICOFIX Blue RR remains almost the same even under a wide variation of dyeing parameters.
